Terrell Davis aka Rapper (Ralo) was arrested on April 15, 2018 for Possession of Marijuana w/ the intent to distribute and has been detained in Federal custody since that date as Multiple bonds have been denied. The government has stated that in their opinion Mr.Davis should not be returned to the community. We as a community love Mr. Davis , and do not agree with the government. Mr.Davis (Ralo) is successfully fulfilling his career in the music industry . Famerica records employs dozens of people and provides opportunities for growth and talented individuals in the community. He has performed hundreds of sold out shows , sold thousands of albums , and accomplished millions of streams which has allowed him to earn millions in legitimate funds from the entertainment industry. He is a big help to many , gives back to his home in the west end and other communities. Mr. Davis civic and charitable work is extensive as he has funded funerals for the less fortunate, sponsored Turkey Drives for the holidays, sponsored many back to school activities for kids and provided school supplies. It’s obvious that Mr.Davis is being selectively prosecuted and denied bond in prejudice. We as a society believe Mr.Davis deserves a bond, even if he’s released on a strict bond ; ankle monitor, half way house or any program / classes or stipulations given. He is an asset to the community and the city of Atlanta.
