ThaRell is an American singer, songwriter, performer, and entrepreneur from Riceboro, Georgia and is no newcomer to the industry. Starting in Church of God and stemming from a strong bloodline of singers, ThaRell began his professional career in 2002, being one half member of the Atlanta duo Southern Pop group 20Mile, eventually dubbed as, “The “Kings of Southern Pop” : ‘ Bet You Didn’t Know Southern Boys Did It Like This’. ThaRell merged onto Atlanta’s music scene during a time the city of Southern Hospitality was known for discovering emerging artist, also known as the Dirty south. In 2007, ThaRell moved to Orlando, FL with God-brother MilesAMill in pursuit of a short-lived music contract due to irreconcilable differences. By 2009, ThaRell began shaping a solo music career while recording “KOSP” Kings of Southern Pop having a release date of October 21, 2010 after which the artist career was put on hold due to unforeseen circumstances. After a nine-year hiatus, ThaRell has continued to defy the odds. He has obtained both his bachelor’s degree and masters in the field of Accounting and Finance. While matriculating at Bethune-Cookman University, ThaRell was a selected artist on the university’s first record label HBCU Records and Mike Curb Institute in May 2015. On June 21, 2018 ThaRell released his first single “No Relationship” under new label CPA Publishing Corporation (CPAPC).
